These terms describe the RoofRun promotional website and fictional demonstration. A business pilot, paid subscription or separately supplied service requires its own agreed scope and terms. Opening this website does not purchase a subscription, commission construction work or enrol your business.

Website and demonstration

RoofRun presents tools for roofing business administration. The public demo uses fictional Practice data stored on your device. It is available for evaluating workflows, not issuing real customer documents or proving delivery, bookings or payments.

Professional review remains essential

Drawings, imagery, draft quantities, calculations and report examples do not establish site conditions, licensing, structural suitability or safe roof access. The responsible business must check evidence, site measurements, scope, pricing and required approvals before relying on or issuing work.

Accounts and permitted access

Use only accounts, business records and private links you are authorised to access. Keep credentials and private links secure. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with other users or upload unlawful material. Tell us about suspected access or security problems at hello@roofrun.com.au.

Your content and third-party services

Only provide photos, documents and other content you have permission to use and share. External email, maps, media and device-sharing functions depend on their respective providers and settings. A link, download or provider acknowledgement is not proof of customer receipt or publication.

Early access and pricing

Pilot access, support, data handling and any charges are discussed directly before agreement. Public subscription plans have not been announced. Feature descriptions show the current product direction and do not promise future releases or a particular launch date.

Availability and updates

Features may change during early access, and maintenance or provider failures can interrupt availability. Keep independent copies of information you need to retain. These website terms may be updated; the date above identifies this version. Any mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.
